Hailing from Worimi / Diamond Beach in regional NSW, Kamili Yon is a fluid producer, singer, writer, DJ & dancer.
His debut, ‘The Filthy Flamingo,’ came out just as the pandemic began. Losing his festival work, he tried another career & even a stint at local government, all while releasing tunes. Barely anyone heard them, but they were cathartic to put out during a lonely time, says Kamili.
He has since returned to Eora/Sydney, working for EMC, plus UndrCtrl as a venue DJ, and is a performer at a popular swingers club.
