Bonnie Jackson

With an uncanny ability to craft visual lyrics and stir intense emotions, Bonnie Jackson writes mature and heartfelt songs. At just 18, her instinct for honesty and her captivating vocal delivery create earworms that tighten around your chest and won’t let go. Inspired by songwriters such as Lizzy McAlpine, Paul Kelly, and Tyler Childers, Bonnie’s sound is equal parts contemporary folk, indie pop, and Australian storyteller. Based in Dunkeld, in Victoria’s stunning Southern Grampians, Bonnie began performing locally before commencing specialist music study at Northern College of the Arts and Technology in Preston. She has since performed at events with Port Fairy Folk Festival, Liz Stringer, Ben Lee, and Small Halls Festival (produced by Woodfordia Inc.).
