The Groundswell are an Indi Rock band from Melbourne’s Inner East, comprised of four lifelong best mates: Archie, Patty, Jules and Ben. Hailing from the lockdown of 2021, the four started jamming together through their love for rock n roll and the connection that comes with it. Since then, they’ve headlined some of Melbourne's most storied venues such as The Espy, The Evelyn, Federation Square and The Prince, and were lucky enough to support act some amazing acts along the way such as The Rions, Radio Free Alice and Jessica Mauboy. In 2025, they headlined a packed-out Curtin Hotel, Grace Darling Hotel and The Punters Club. As they set their eyes on 2026, The Groundswell have no plans of slowing down. With a new batch of songs and a renewed drive, the swell is certainly brewing.
