The Deserters

The Deserters were formed in September 1982 in Helensburgh, UK. The band's line-up has changed constantly since it formed, but the first stable line-up recorded the first album, "All It Took Was One Night In The Back Of A Fire Engine" :- Lee Newe ........... Drums Mick Bordet ........ Yobstick Montepalde Pentel ....... Keyboards Maggie Elver ....... Keyboards & Vocals Jenna Yasdnil ...... Vocals The last recordings made by the band were in 1993 for the album "A Cavalier Attitude". They have never formally disbanded.
