Rose Cole started writing original material from the age of 10 - usually from the perspective of who she deemed to be older, ‘cooler’, people - Now, at 23 years old, she feels like this was “practice for processing the incoming onslaught of hormonal and emotional terror” that adolescence and early adulthood would bring. In that time, she has developed a filthy habit for translating her most outrageous thoughts into contagious melodies and self-produced, genre-blurring sonic playgrounds. Rose's unfiltered approach to lyricism is what makes her both a reliable and unpredictable wordsmith, but she wouldn’t dream of skimping you out on a big hook you can sing-along to - or violently scream along with.
