Raised in Brisbane but now residing in Melbourne, Vauus has been creating and producing music as Vauus since 2020. Drawing reference from the late 2000s indie rock of his hometown to the more recent eclectic sounds of post-pop records, Vauus is a project informed by a desire to connect and reflect on life and all it entails.
