Owelu Dreamhouse is a new project by ex-Saskwatch bandmates and long-time friends Nkechi Anele (Ex-Olympian, triple j) and Nic Ryan-Glenie (Let Your Hair Down, Vance Joy). Combining their love of cinematic soul, psychedelia and afro-beats, Owelu Dreamhouse weaves through the complexities of cultural ties between generations. At the helm of a large ensemble, featuring Naarm’s most dynamic players and artists, Owelu Dreamhouse is Nkechi’s songwriting debut, written alongside the sonic landscapes of producer Nic Ryan-Glenie; Owelu Dreamhouse is about the journey as much as it's about the funk - can you believe it?
