It’s for those whose music rewards a considered ear in an attentive room. Drawing from Howlin' Wolf and Muddy Waters to Canned Heat, Tom Waits and Captain Beefheart, they fuse gritty blues with vintage rock. Since arriving on the live music scene in 2023, Shade Hadie have been captivating audiences with their signature mix of original tracks and reinvented covers. Lead singer and guitarist Buddy Moyes delivers a powerful, gravelly voice that fluctuates between understated restraint and explosive raw energy. His vocals resonate with raw intensity, blending Howlin' Wolf's haunting grit and Tom Waits jagged tones.
