Wet Kiss Return - After a Smash 16-Show Tour of the European West and British Isles. Opening for an act like Bar Italia as an “unknown” builds character, your mission every night is to pleasingly woo a cross-armed audience who expect a less gaudy genre of music than rock and roll and the theatre of hard-core camp. However their relentless perseverance paid off and Wet Kiss became Queens of the Continental trail overnight. Following the completion of the 16 show run in late March, the group sought a personal and final victory with a headlining appearance at London’s iconic Cafe OTO. Having now returned home, the band are battle ready. For the opening night at the Curtin, Wet Kiss will perform their hardened roadshow repertoire which includes new material, the daniel dog penned ‘Addicted to my Life’ and a bawdy ballad ‘Bitch to be a Woman’, both songs perfected on tour.
