Zev Tropp & Pjenné pres. Trance Euphoria

This collaborative workshop weaves together guided breathwork, mantra, meditation, and deep listening to explore how sound and energy intersect in body and mind. Inspired by Himalayan Yog-Vedantic traditions, the session begins with a seated practice led by Zev Tropp, centering on the Kriya mantra Sat Chit Ananda, a call to the bliss body creating a bridge between mindfulness and sound. Participants are guided through 120 minutes of mindfulness practices combined with moments of deep listening, opening space for presence and receptivity. This journey will be soundtracked by Pjenné, Naarm/Melbourne-based DJ, broadcaster, curator, and label manager. Known for her extended sets at iconic festivals, ever-evolving community radio show and world-building mixes, Pjenné’s attunement to ambient, leftfield electronica, and meditative soundscapes has shaped her musical identity.
