Dance-punk, Afro-disco and DIY art-pop find common ground on the dancefloor. Returning to Now or Never after headline shows across the globe, lauded six-piece Gut Health appear with a new live set powered by dancefloor energy. The Melbourne / narrm ensemble blur the boundaries of guitar music, weaving hypnotic dance-punk, no wave and chaotic noise with a nightclub-inspired sound. Joining the line-up is Wrong Way Up, a duo whose vintage Afro disco, psychedelic boogie and analogue synths transform the sonic landscape with deep grooves, energetic melodies and infectious chants. Known for its off-kilter sense of experimentation and irony, Essendon Airport have been a defining presence across the city for almost five decades. Releasing new album MOR in 2025, the original band returns alongside pedal steel guitarist Graham Lee (Triffids, KLF). Finally, dreamy new-wave artists crank appear after the release of its self-titled debut album through Southern Exposure Records.
