Born out of Melbourne/Naarm’s thriving live music and dance underground, Intermood have built a reputation for immersive, high-energy performances that drift between psychedelic jazz, cosmic disco and left-field electronic music. Drawing influence from artists like Daft Punk, Soulwax and Todd Terje, their sound moves fluidly through shimmering synth work, driving percussion, dubby low-end and extended instrumental passages, balancing the pulse of club music with the spontaneity of a live band.
