Proto Exotica returns to Angel Music Bar for another late-night session rooted in deep listening, long blends and shared dancefloor trust. This time, joined by special guests Courtney Bailey and Richard Fribert! Courtney Bailey is a DJ, producer and party organiser from Japan, now based in Berlin. She first made her mark founding the underground rave NOCOMPLY in Shinkiba, before gaining wider attention with her 2023 debut EP Soleil on Hole and Holland. In 2025, she released I Wanna Feel You on Australian label Animals Dancing, followed by In Dream on Music From Memory — further cementing her hazy, acid-leaning sound and emotionally charged production. As a DJ, Courtney has played across Europe and Asia, including Panorama Bar (Berlin), WOMB (Tokyo), Klymax (Bali) and Fuji Rock Festival, with sets defined by warmth, tension and an intuitive sense of flow.
