event details

Joeys Coop, featuring Brett Myers of Died Pretty fame, return to Brisbane for the first time in 2 years to promote their third album 'Sawdust Memories'. Joeys Coop have been described by fans and critics alike as “One of this country’s greatest bands”, “electric”, “sophisticated”, “mesmerising” and “enthralling”. At the peak of their musical powers, they draw on a wide palette of musical influences and life experiences. Imagine a smidge of Velvet Underground mixed with melodic pop, tinged with alt-country, run through a bluesy roots filter, and finished with a nod to the Stones — and you’re part way to understanding what they sound like. This is their only Brisbane show in 2026 and not to be missed.
