Soothsayer presents: Manami

Japan born, UK raised and Bristol-based DJ and producer Manami is bringing her signature high energy, prog-laced and UK infused sound to Sub Club on Friday 24 November. Bringing together varied influences ranging from her classical training to Bristolian bass music and psychedelic grooves, Manami creates richly woven, intricate and exciting dance music that continues to truly push boundaries. Growing out Bristol’s thriving bass scene thanks to her curated Better Days parties, has seen her tour with Bicep and Orbital, and feature with a standout set at this year’s Boiler Room: Bristol. Likewise she’s released across several esteemed labels and compilations including Soothsayer’s very own First Light (Volume II) from CC:DISCO! Making her way down to Australia for this year’s edition of Strawberry Fields and joined by two of the most compelling Naarm-based selectors around in Mabel and KSMBA, expect to traverse the spectrum of techno, UK bass and off kilter breaks, guided by one of the be
