Ned Collette 'Mixed Light' Album Launch

Presented By: It Records Special Guest: Sarah Mary Chadwick Ned Collette returns to Melbourne to launch his new album ‘Mixed Light', out in Australia on It Records. Featuring a quintet of his closest collaborators – The Necks' Chris Abrahams on piano, Ben Bourke bass, Leah Senior voice, and Joe Talia on the drums – last seen on our shores as part of the monolithic New Rampant Optimism Roadshow at Rising 2025. This will be a chance to see the band more deeply explore material from ‘Mixed Light' and 2024's ‘Our Other History', as well as numbers dating back to his beloved 2006 debut, ‘Jokes & Trials'. Collette has long established himself as a songwriter whose literate, evocative songs are paired with music that's both adventurous and eclectic.
