Melbourne-based DJ and producer Josh Heywood has quickly been making his mark across the Australian techno circuit, building a sound centred around immersive groove, dark atmospheres and explosive energy. With releases on influential European labels including BCCO, Transition, Bipolar Disorder and Molekül, his music has received support from the likes of Alarico, Chlär, Yanamaste and Grace Dahl. Behind the decks, Josh is known for a highly dynamic mixing style, layering multiple channels and constantly evolving his sets while keeping everything firmly rooted in driving, groove-focused techno.
