Tristan Arp (USA) & Low Flung (Eora) Tender presents a deep listening session with two live performances by Tristan Arp and Low Flung. Tristan Arp was born in suburban Detroit. He is a member of Asa Toe and cofounder of the label human pitch. His music blends bass and ambient music with elastic sound design, asymmetrical rhythms and an interplay of the organic and the synthetic. Low Flung is the long-standing project of Sydney-based visual artist Danny Wild. Danny fuses field recordings and organic instruments with synthesized soundscapes and buoyant digi basslines to create music that offers an uncanny evocation of place and a keen spatial awareness.
