SEVEN POUND HALO Seven Pound Halo formed in Melbourne in 2022 and blend emotionally raw alternative rock with ’90s grunge, shoegaze, Aussie garage rock and psychedelic textures.Fronted by Max Paul, alongside Avatar Rotstein on bass, Ben McLaughlin on lead guitar and Thomas Kunz on drums, the band has built a reputation for loud, high-energy live performances that embrace imperfection, honesty and genuine expression. Over the past year, Seven Pound Halo have received BBC Introducing airplay in the UK, completed an independent run of shows across London, Nottingham and Newcastle, sold out Melbourne headline shows and completed a school tour supported by Wyndham City Council, FreeZA and the Victorian Government. With new music currently in production, the band continues to carve out its own space within Australia’s alternative-rock scene. BEE Bee got her first guitar at 11 and it wasn’t long before her natural talent and passion for songwriting brought her to the stage. Now 17, Bee has been performing live for two years and is a product of the thriving creative hub of the Dandenong Ranges, playing at local events and festivals. As an acoustic artist and songwriter, Bee’s show is strongly grounded in contemporary indie-folk and complex, teenage lyricism, blending her dynamic originals with covers ranging from soul to classic pop. With an entirely original album planned for 2027, Bee has the potential, attitude and drive to make her mark on the Australian music industry. THE BAND TAMBOURINE The Band Tambourine is a Melbourne-based 4-piece born from the eastern suburbs, blending psychedelic rock, indie, pop, and rock into a sound that’s uniquely their own.
