Caifein and Dastco Celebrate the end of School Holidays

On Sunday 12 July, Caifein and Dastco team up for an arvo show at The Tote Front Bar. Caifein are pre and post convention and common time and ready to unleash their energetic loud post punk with elements of grunge, hardcore and noise on a Sunday arvo. Having recently recruited new drummer Simon, they’ve been learning a bunch of new songs that have not yet seen the outside of the rehearsal room. Stand in front of the band at a live show, and you’ll be hit with a wall of sound that knocks you back a step so hang on to your drink. They write lyrics about important social issues, the environment and how much work sucks. Caifein will be joined by Dastco, a two-piece alt-rock punk powerhouse that blend big riffs with catchy melodies. There's nothing they enjoy more than belting out their tunes for the fans. Although, they have been known to enjoy a good hard rubbish collection. School is back the next day and those of us in the bands who have kids will be having a well earned beverage. Be there for an arvo of energetic punk goodness.
