Formed at university, Matt Preston and Brodie Cook’s friendship began in the most unlikely of places: the uni cafeteria, over a lasagna Matt bought Brodie one afternoon. What started as a shared meal turned into a shared obsession with songwriting, and the pair have been writing together ever since. The duo relocated to Melbourne to chase the music, honing their sound and building a catalogue before making the move back home to Perth – bringing their story full circle as they prepare to tour the country they grew up in.
