hanson dyer hall keeps to the occasional show, leaning into jazz, folk and acoustic, and the odd experimental or funk-tinged night, with tuesdays the night it tends to happen. the bills read like proper programme notes, from a homage to britten through to bach and shostakovich, and most nights cost nothing to walk into. come for the range of it rather than any one name, since the room seems happy to let the music do the talking.
