the duke of enmore keeps it to a show a few times a month, but they make it count, swinging from indie and alt through to blues, soul and the odd metal night. thursdays, fridays and sundays are when the room comes alive, and you'll almost always need a door charge or ticket to get in on the action. it's a mixed bag on the bill each time, so you never quite know which corner of the sound spectrum you'll land in.
